- Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RITCO’s procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account N0: 100013213776 in Bank of Kigali under Ritco Ltd Allowances.
- Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from RITCO Offices during working hours from 8:00am -17:00hrs in the office of procurement.
How to apply
- Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 01/12/2026 at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 01/12/2026 at RITCO Ltd board room at 10:30 AM.
